FAQ – Sacramento Ice Rink Questions
Tickets are sold online. We have a ticket booth where you can purchase tickets for that day if the session is available. Ticket booth is cash only. All credit card purchases must be done thru the website booking link.
Tickets are non refundable, choose your dates and times carefully.
Exchanges are only available when the rink closes for hard rain or lightening
All skates are provided with the ticket purchase at Sacramento Ice Rink.
We have upgraded our ice skates this year. We do have limited skates in various sizes which may result in your exact size being sold out. Please understand skate sizes can be hard to determine, please be patient and show up early to get properly fitted.
The skate sizes range for size 8 (age 4/5 year old) to size 14 mens.
No guest off all ages are welcome. Here at Sacramento Ice skating we have skates for all sizes. Be sure to make an online reservation for the best experience.
Yes. Please remember to pickup your trash and take anything with you that you brought in.
Sacramento Ice Skating provides free parking.
The ice rink offers private parties, event space, reserved fireside seating and group rates. To book, contact the event coordinator.
No pets allowed in the ice rink area. Pets are allowed in the surrounding areas.
